Was just reading an article on “6 things you should always avoid before bedtime”
1. Stay away from Ice cream or greasy-high-fat food like fast food! O.o
2. Stare at a screen! Don’t we all surf the web right before bedtime? Hmmm…
3. Do intense cardio!
4. Work Late!
5. Drink Caffeine! This must be actually a joke? ROFL
6. Get emotionally wound up! Do we really have more options on this one?
So here I have the reasons why it’s so hard to sleep at night. I’m definitely doing more than half of those daily! I guess this ring a bell on what what steps need to be taken!
